Shipping/Freight Charges:
Orders up to $75.00 are charged a flat rate shipping cost of $7.50, while orders $75.01 and up shipping is FREE!
Shipping Time:
Turn around time is typically 3-5 Business days from the time we receive your order. Transit time depends on where products are being shipped. The items will be shipped by DHL or UPS ground.
Return Policy:
Your satisfaction is important to us. All glassware and personalized gifts are inspected before shipping. They are carefully packed before shipping. If you receive damaged package, or the merchandise inside is damaged (broken), please contact us within 5 business days of the receipt of the package to obtain replacements or issue a credit. Please carefully pack all pieces and packing material and return to us. This must be postmarked/shipped within 5 business days of receipt of the original package. If the package is received and not damaged but for some reason you wish to return the merchandise, please contact us within 5 business days to get a Return Authorization Number. Once you are given a return authorization number, you are to send us the package packed carefully and insured within the same 5 business days. The freight and insurance charges are your responsibility for the returned merchandise. Once, the merchandise is received by our store we will refund the purchase price. Shipping charges if accrued are not refundable.
